ORDER CANCELLATION
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

If the item has already been dispatched, you must return it within 14 days of notifying us. Return costs are your responsibility unless we offered free returns at the time of purchase.

Use a trusted courier and keep proof of postage. If we don’t receive the return, or it arrives late without proof, we may not issue a refund.
If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll refund you within 14 days of your cancellation. If returning a product, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving it or proof of return. Refunds are made via your original payment method, with no admin fees.
Items returned in unsellable condition (e.g. used, missing tags, damaged packaging) may result in a reduced or denied refund. Contact Customer Services if unsure.

Our standard return window is 14 days from delivery. For December purchases, we offer an extended return window from 1st to 31st.
Explain the issue clearly and state your preference (refund or replacement). Attach photos/videos if possible.
Once we confirm a fault or issue, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
We’ll update you throughout the return process.
